2 These terms
- These terms, together with our Cancellation Policy and the trip details shown at the time of booking, form the contract between you and us.
- The person who makes the booking (the "lead booker") must be aged 18 or over and accepts these terms on behalf of everyone named on, or travelling under, the booking.
- If there is any conflict between these terms and anything we agree with you in writing for a specific booking (such as a group booking), the written agreement applies.
3 Making a booking
- You can book through our website or by contacting us. All bookings are subject to availability.
- A contract is formed when your payment has been received and we have issued your booking reference. We will send a confirmation email with your trip, pick-up point and seat details.
- Please check your confirmation as soon as you receive it and tell us straight away if anything is incorrect.
- You must give accurate contact details. We use them to send important trip updates, so please keep your phone and email reachable before travel.
- We may decline a booking where we reasonably believe it is fraudulent, made in error or in breach of these terms.
4 Prices and payment
- Prices are shown in pounds sterling (£) and are per person unless stated otherwise. The price you pay is the total shown at checkout, including any discount applied.
- Full payment is required at the time of booking unless we agree otherwise in writing.
- Online payments are processed securely by our payment provider, Stripe. We do not see or store your full card details.
- Discount and coupon codes are subject to their own conditions, may be limited in number or time, and cannot be combined unless stated.
- If a price shown on our website is clearly wrong because of an obvious error, we will contact you before your booking is confirmed and you may choose whether to continue at the correct price.
5 Cancellations
Cancellations, missed departures and changes to confirmed bookings are governed by our Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms. Please read it carefully before you book.
6 On the day of travel
- Please arrive at your chosen pick-up point at least 15 minutes before the stated departure time. Coaches leave on time and cannot wait for late passengers.
- Have your booking reference ready, together with photo ID if requested.
- Itinerary timings are approximate and may vary with traffic, weather and venue conditions.
- Please follow the instructions of your trip leader and coach driver at all times, including meeting times at each stop.
- Luggage allowances follow the coach operator's rules. You are responsible for your own belongings throughout the trip.
7 Changes to your trip
We plan every trip carefully, but we may need to make changes — for example to timings, the order of visits, pick-up arrangements, the coach or accommodation provider. We will tell you about any significant change as soon as reasonably possible. What happens if we make a significant change or cancel a trip is set out in our Cancellation Policy.
8 Your responsibilities and conduct
Our trips are community experiences. To keep them safe and enjoyable for everyone, you agree to:
- treat fellow travellers, our team, drivers and venue staff with courtesy and respect;
- comply with the law, coach operator rules and the rules of any venue or accommodation;
- not smoke or vape on coaches, and not consume alcohol where it is not permitted;
- not carry illegal substances, weapons or dangerous items;
- keep seat belts fastened whenever a coach is moving, as required by law.
We or the coach operator may refuse travel to, or remove from a trip, anyone whose behaviour puts others at risk or seriously disrupts the trip. You are responsible for the cost of any damage you cause to a coach, accommodation or venue.
9 Health, accessibility and age
- Some trips include walking, hiking or uneven ground. Please check the trip details and make sure the trip is suitable for you and your group.
- If you have a medical condition, disability or accessibility need, please tell us before booking so we can advise and, where possible, make reasonable adjustments.
- Travellers under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult aged 18 or over, who is responsible for them throughout the trip.
10 Travel documents
For trips outside the United Kingdom, you are responsible for holding a valid passport, any required visa and any other entry documents. Please check the latest GOV.UK foreign travel advice before you travel. We cannot be responsible if you are refused travel or entry because your documents are missing or invalid.
11 Travel insurance
We strongly recommend that every traveller takes out suitable travel insurance at the time of booking, covering personal belongings, medical expenses and personal circumstances that may prevent you from travelling.
12 Coaches, accommodation and activities
We work with licensed coach operators and trusted accommodation and activity providers. Their own terms and safety rules also apply while you use their services, and you agree to follow them.
13 Our liability to you
- We will provide our services with reasonable care and skill.
- Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
- Subject to the above, we are not liable for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, or for business losses. Our total liability in connection with a booking is limited to the total price paid for that booking.
- We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of third parties who are not acting on our behalf, or for personal belongings lost or damaged during a trip unless caused by our negligence.
- Where your trip is a package, you also benefit from the protections of the Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018.
14 Events outside our control
We are not responsible for delay or failure to perform caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as extreme weather, natural disasters, road closures, accidents, industrial action, venue closures, terrorism or public-health restrictions. If such an event affects your trip, we will contact you as soon as possible and do what we reasonably can to minimise the impact.
15 Complaints
If something is not right during your trip, please tell your trip leader straight away so we have the chance to put it right. If you remain unhappy, please contact us in writing at triangle.event1305@gmail.com within 28 days of your trip, including your booking reference. We aim to acknowledge complaints within 2 working days and to respond in full within 14 working days.
16 Your personal data
We collect and use your personal information to manage your booking, communicate with you about your trip and meet our legal obligations, in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. We share information only with the suppliers needed to deliver your trip (such as the coach operator) and our payment provider. We will only send you marketing emails if you have agreed to receive them, and you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email. To ask about the information we hold about you, please contact us.
17 Photos and social media
Our team may take photos and videos during trips, which we may share on our website and social media. If you would prefer not to appear, please let your trip leader know on the day or contact us, and we will respect your choice.
18 Use of our website

19 General
- We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on our website when you book applies to that booking.
- If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest will continue to apply.
- If we do not enforce any of our rights straight away, we can still enforce them later.
- These terms are between you and us. No other person has any rights to enforce them.
20 Governing law
